Khai Yashua Press (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://hebrewisraelitescriptures.com (the “Website”) and the H.I.S. WORD Bible App (the “App”).

SCOPE

This policy applies to the Website, online store, email communications, and the App.

WEBSITE INFORMATION COLLECTION

We may collect: name, email address, mailing address, phone number (if voluntarily provided), billing and shipping details, and form submissions.

Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Automatically collected data may include IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and access times.

USE OF INFORMATION

We use information to process orders, deliver products, provide support, improve services, send marketing communications (where permitted), and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

COOKIES

The Website may use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. Users may disable cookies via browser settings.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, email communications, technical infrastructure, security services, and data storage. Providers may change over time.

APP PRIVACY PRACTICES

Your reading data stays on your device. Bookmarks, highlights, private notes, reading plans, reading history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The App uses no advertising networks and no third-party tracking technologies.

The App collects limited information only in the following cases:

Contact form

If you choose to contact us through the Build With Us screen in the App, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Notifications

If you opt in to notifications, our notification provider assigns your device an anonymous push token so we can deliver messages about new content. Notifications are optional, the App is fully functional without them, and you may turn them off at any time in your device settings. We do not use notification data for advertising.

Purchases

Purchases of the Apocryphal books, Paleo Hebrew script, and premium study tools are processed by Apple or Google, depending on your device. We never receive or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat, a purchase management provider, to verify purchases and restore your unlocked content across your devices. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase records. It does not receive your name or email address.

No analytics or crash reporting

We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash and diagnostic data from the App. We do not track how you read, what you search, or which passages you spend time with.

DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of any information we hold about you by emailing support@hebrewisraelitescriptures.com. We will respond within 30 days. Information stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the App from your device.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

 

DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable safeguards; however, no system is completely secure.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information.
