  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using https://hebrewisraelitescriptures.com (the “Website”) and the H.I.S. WORD Bible App (the “App”) (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content including scripture formatting structures, restored sacred names, layouts, designs, logos, images, publications, digital downloads, audio and video materials are owned by or licensed to Khai Yashua Press and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, resold, uploaded, scraped, used for AI training, or used for machine learning datasets without prior written authorization.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

All digital products are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use-only license. Redistribution, resale, public upload, or commercial use is prohibited.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security measures, scrape content, reverse engineer the App, interfere with infrastructure, or violate intellectual property rights.

  1. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities. We do not store full credit card numbers.

  1. APP STORE PURCHASES

Purchases of digital content within the App are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play using their billing systems. Khai Yashua Press does not process or store payment information for in-app purchases. Access to purchased content is granted through your store account and may be restored using the Restore Purchases option in the App.

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds for purchases made on this Website are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Digital products purchased directly from this Website are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Purchases made inside the H.I.S. WORD Bible App are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the applicable store under its own refund policies and applicable consumer law, not by Khai Yashua Press. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, contact Apple or Google Play directly.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khai Yashua Press shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khai Yashua Press from any claims arising from misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, war, or acts of God.

  1. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – MANDATORY ARBITRATION

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the United States. You waive the right to a jury trial.

  1. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions or consolidated proceedings.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates.

  1. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

  1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically

  1. ASSIGNMENT

We may assign our rights without notice. You may not assign your rights without written consent.

  1. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.

  1. SURVIVAL

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khai Yashua Press.
