  1. SCOPE OF POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through https://hebrewisraelitescriptures.com (the “Website”).

Purchases made through the H.I.S. WORD Bible App are governed by Apple’s billing and refund policies as outlined below.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME (WEBSITE)

All Website orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping confirmation will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  1. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately as items become available.

Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.

  1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND BOOKS

All books are printed on demand.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or stopped.

Please verify all order details before confirming your purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on carrier, destination, and customs processing (for international orders).

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs clearance, postal disruptions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

Carrier timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Khai Yashua Press is not liable for lost packages marked “Delivered,” stolen packages, or carrier misdelivery.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  1. RETURNS — DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY (WEBSITE)

Returns are accepted only for books that arrive damaged.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  • Email support@hebrewisraelitescriptures.com
  • Include order number, description of damage, and clear photos.

We reserve the right to issue a replacement, refund, or deny claims not substantiated by evidence.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable:

  • Print-on-demand books (except damaged items)
  • Digital downloads
  • Digital products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

All digital sales through the Website are final.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other governmental charges.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

Returned packages due to unpaid customs fees may require additional payment for reshipment.

 

  1. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or unclaimed:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
  1. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (APPLE APP STORE)

Digital purchases, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions made through the H.I.S. WORD Bible App are processed exclusively by Apple.

Refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions must be requested directly through Apple.

Khai Yashua Press does not issue refunds for in-app purchases processed through Apple.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users must manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

If Apple reverses or refunds a transaction, access to associated digital content or subscription features may be revoked.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, internet outages, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order on the Website or purchasing through the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy.

This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

  1. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting.
